Internal coating (lacquer) selection
The internal coating (lacquer) is chosen for your product, sector and filling process, and we support you technically in choosing the right lacquer system.
Printed sheet
On request we offer printed tinplate sheet. Scope, quantity and design are evaluated individually for each customer.
Food-contact safe, aligned with current regulation.
We manufacture in line with current European Union food-contact legislation (EUR-Lex) and Turkish food regulation (Turkish Food Codex), and revisit our material and process choices as those rules are updated.
Bisphenol-A (BPA) is a chemical used in some internal coatings whose migration into food is treated as a health concern; because of its hormonal effects its use is increasingly restricted. For this reason ERICAN favours BPA-non-intent (BPA-NI) lacquer systems for food-contact coatings.
A Declaration of Conformity (DoC) and a batch-based analysis certificate are provided on request. Store in a dry, cool place, away from direct sunlight.
